I ordered items that did not fit despite following the sizing guide closely. The company would not accept returns or offer a full refund, because the return address was in China and “would cost too much.” I was only able to negotiate less then 50% back after they first tried to recommend I “find a friend to give them to.” So unprofessional. Buyers beware! They also target negative reviews on Facebook and ask you to remove any post before they will issue the partial refund.

I ordered clothes for Christmas. They took longer than 3 days to shop and I got expedited shipping. The clothes were too thin and too big and the shoes were massive. I went by their sizing on the website. I told them that they were too big and I would like to return and get a refund. They refuse unless I send them pictures of myself in the clothes. They said once they receive pictures they will come up with a solution. I explained I did not feel comfortable sending pictures of myself. I again said I would return them and wanted a refund. They told me shipping internationally is too expensive and they would give me 10% back and to give them away... these clothes were a Christmas present from my husband, what sense would it make for me to give them away when the quality was poor? I simply wanted a refund and they will not honor that. This is a scam!

This clothing company, FairySeason.com advertises on Facebook and Instagram, selling clothing and accessories that are defective, made poorly, with cheap materials and threads falling off (tee shirts/cardigan), and they ask you to literally email a photo of the merchandise you need to return that is defective. The left sleeve is sewn so tight, I could barely get my hand through it, and it was 2 inches too short compared to the right sleeve, it's lopsided, and the fabric of this cardigan was not made with clothing material, it is made with sheets. After doing what they required, FairySeason.com refused to give me a refund, and only offered a little discount if I purchased another item off their website. They also do not tell you it takes three weeks to get the merchandise you order or more, then when you try to contact them to ask where it is, they take another 5 days to get back to you with a tracking site that is bogus, and doesn't adequately track your items. This company is fraudulent, and should be reported to the authorities immediately.

I ordered from this website not knowing they were a china based company no where on the home page did it say things were coming from china the first page I was on said they were based out of London,England it wasnt until I tried to check a package to track it it has said every day that its in china.When I tried to find a contact number it said email.It wasnt till I went on a different site I seen all the reviews of people being ripped off.If this isnt the right thing can someone contact me by email to let me know how to pursue this I dont want anyone else to get ripped off.I have yet to receive my order they took the money out of my bank account.I emailed the company and they told me to be patient and track the package.Even the tracking info was in chinese I had to click on english so I could understand it.Other peoples reviews of this website said she had waited over 1 month and never received her order.And when someone else received her order she got 1 thing and they never sent her the rest of her order.

Also goes by the name Bellelily. All items that came were far too small. All items were absolute garbage. Poor quality doesn't begin to say how bad. Not even close to right sizes. I believe each of their items are all made in ONE size, but they send this one size out for whichever size was ordered, knowing full well that no one could get a hold of them to try to get money back. Also they claim to have high quality products. Items looked like they were made by young children. I'm assuming child labour. Cannot contact anyone for my money back. 3 emails have been sent to them, but no response. I ordered 4 items. One I was going to try to make do with, even though not great. But I would truly like to return all. Absolute garbage. Total ripoff. NO customer service! They claim to have "a class leading customer service experience". I do not not have the ability to put a pic on, so no pictures to really show you, unfortunately. In my email I said I would send items back, but no response. This not just a matter of not refunding my money, but they are purposely sending out "clothes" that are CLEARLY useless to customers, just to scam people out of money.

Purchased 3 shirts and have yet to receive them. Sent an email 2 weeks later and got a response 3 days later saying that they were sorry that my order had not shipped yet and that my order would take priority. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I have sent multiple emails and have not received any response. These people are crooks and should be shut down. I ordered after seeing the thousands of negative reviews on Instagram and Facebook. I am now working with PayPal to get my money back. My friend bought items same day as me - same story she also still has yet to hear back or receive her order.

You order the product from their online store, they charge your credit card within 24hrs. You later get an email that says the product shipped, but it never arrives. They offer free shipping but then tell you that there is no tracking number on any order with free shipping. The only way to contact them is through email in which you get a generic email back stating that they got your email and that a customer care rep will respond shortly. You never hear anything back other than that. There is no customer service phone # available to call, only email. There are complaints after complaint on this company with hundreds of customers with the same stories/complaints - they order, credit card is charged, product never received several months later, cannot get them to answer an email and no phone # to call. Only way to get $$ back is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. They need to be shut down.

On 11/27/2016 I placed an order through this website for 3 items and paid an extra $9 for express shipping (3 to 5 days). One item shipped and the other two items were cancelled by the Retailer. The retailer then proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount of the order even though they cancelled the 2 items. I have emailed them multiple times, there is no phone number to contact them. I was promised back on 12/6 that the money would be refunded to me, and I have not received the money or any response to my further emails since. Upon review, this company has scammed hundreds of people out of money. All I want is my money back!

This company sells products online only, guarantees shipping in 3-8 days. I am on day 14 with no confirmation that my order has shipped and the only way to contact this company is by email. I've sent 2 emails asking for status with no response, According to their Facebook page, this is not unusual. Customers are waiting months for orders never to arrive with no response from the company and no refund. My order was only $6, so not a big loss on my behalf but if you are a legit company, you don't steal customers money and not send product promised.

They sell clothing online via their website and advertise on Facebook. Their Facebook page is full of complaints from customers who either haven't received their merchandise at all, or it is of such poor quality (or as in my case damaged) that the items are unwearable.

They don't answer questions on their Facebook page, other than to refer customers to their "help" page. There, you can only request a new item to be sent or a partial refund. The complaints on their Facebook page would indicate that no refunds are ever issued and that any issues go unresolved. My shirt arrived damaged with the printing transferred onto the white part of the shirt. The sizing is also so off that it makes it unwearable. Even if it fit me, the damage makes it not useable at all. Attached is a photo of the damaged area of the shirt. This is supposed to be solid colored. The lettering from the front of the shirt transferred onto the white part of the shirt.

This website needs shut down!!! Placed an order on 10/10/2016. They sent me an email on 10/13 saying my order had shipped. A week later I went to the website to track the order, no real way to track, just says it has been shipped. Called the shipping company with the tracking number Fairy Season provided, they said there is no such number and shipping said they went back two weeks and nothing had even been delivered to my zip code for the last three weeks. Unfortunately I did not see the reviews until after they took my money. According to reviews I can kiss my money goodbye because the chances of me getting my order is zero!
