The claim is after funds are sent through these non-disputable or refundable payment vendors, the shipping details for shipping the puppy will follow the next day.

Again, seller refuses to share any legitimate credentials.

No letterhead or company details in email, no signature, no other social or online presence/public reviews- just a website with testimonials and stolen puppy pics from online.
