We checked in to Fairmount hotel and they closed right after checking us in. We got in, got ready for bed and when I pulled the sheets back there were full of black hair! All on the pillow case and all over the sheets. They were closed so we left snd had to get another hotel. We tried to get a refund but they said it looked like we had stayed there so they won’t give us our money back. Reviews online have similar experiences so they know they are in the wrong and won’t fix it.
