Definitely a scam. Asks for a up front fee as type of "insurance" in order to secure the loan. When I call, they answer the phone as "the loan company" and then pretended like I wasn't talking when I asked which company they are from. I asked again, and they said "who are you trying to call?", I asked again, the person got very rude and said "look we're very busy, give us a call back when you're done playing games". The voice was deep and was african-american man.
