Called to say the are credit card consolidation company. My elderly mother answered the call because caller id showed winter park fl and we have relatives that live in winter park fl. They talked her into a membership for 449.02 to help her with her credit card debt. They have not done anything to help her and withdrew the 449.02 from her bank account. They were supposed to mail her documentation of their service and she has not received anything since October21, 2015. She and i have tried to contact the company several times and they always say that they are a third party messaging service and take a message to give to a company representative to call you back and they never do.
