This company advertises on Instagram and states that your order ships fast. The product is called "The Fadify 2.0" fading hair clippers. After placing an order I received an order number via an email from the companies website stating what I had ordered and for how much. After several weeks of not receiving the product I emailed the company through its contact email address. Maria Barbon responded to me within 1 week and stated that she had just checked my order and Fading Culture had ran out of stock and new stock will arrive within 10-20 business days. When that happens my package will be shipped right away. They even offered me a 20% discount code for the inconvenience. One month later I decided to email Fading Culture at the same email address to see if my order had shipped and Reyah replied back several weeks later stating the same thing that Maria stated. I have tried several times over the past months to contact The company Fading Culture and have not received any replies back I even asked for my money back.
