I've placed a order in October 12,2022 and still haven't received it and when you send a email to them comes back no email try again. I've spent over 50.00 and still no response and no purchase has been delivered. I need my money back I need help

I have made an order for clothes one month ago and nothing, I have sent an email and I have not received a response. It was supposed to arrive in 15 days. I've seen the ad on Instagram. When I tried to find the page on the web looking for it in google I could not find it.
