This business did not give me a receipt (electronic or paper) after charging me $125 for 12 classes. Unbeknownst to me, my card would be charged again. The owner let me know that I can cancel it at anytime (which was misrepresentation) that there are no contracts. They did not mention that I had to cancel same day so as to not be charged a second time 30 days later. The business owner kicked me out when I had just finished working out so the owner could talk to other members by themselves. It was over 95°F at the time, and I was lightheaded. This is incredibly neglectful and rude behavior. Owner wanted me out of the building just for their own time, disregarding that I would enter an even hotter car to drive home. They also have an unleashed and in-neutered large dog in the building that also has a child’s area for kids to play in while parents are working out. Honestly just disgusting people all around. Owner posted about me on their personal Facebook page (keep in mind they are 50). As they claim to be a pillar for the veteran community, owner is a veteran on a technicality from a 2017 bill passed stating that National Guard now has veteran status. Personally, my father is a war-veteran of multiple medals and I think this angered them, I was an “entitled” officers’ daughter. I have plenty more receipts if needed. They deleted my review from Google to look better. My Yelp review is more detailed:
