Ad came up on Facebook and was linked to QVC or some other online shopping network. Ordered 2 chairs -- buy one get one clearance deal so would receive 4 chairs total. Did not immediately receive notification of transaction but did receive it a few days later. Tracking number showed that they were on the way. A week later I again checked the tracking and they were on their way. When I still hadn't received anything, I checked the tracking again and it said there was no record. Emailed the company and they said it had been delivered. Only thing I had received was a small package that had some kind of little strap that looked like it attached to luggage. I hadn't ordered it. Checked the packaging again and noticed the tracking number was the same as was listed on the invoice I had. Emailed them a picture of what I received and they said I had to return what I received before they would refund my money. I told them I wanted my money refunded. When I emailed asking for the address to return the item -- the emails were no longer good.
