Ordered kayaks the evening of July 9, 2023 from Factory outlet store after seeing items advertised on Facebook post...order was confirmed....emailed them for tracking info was given tracking number and seen 1 email showing item location...emailed them again on July 21 and ask for tracking update..no response...chatted (texted) with customer service agent (Kadhi) and was told their was no order for me and they don't even sell kayaks...she then told me to "call my bank" ...she replied call your bank 2 more times during chat..after we ended chat I tried to sign in on their site and was not acknowledged as a regular sign in .

I ordered a Dogtra dog collar in May 2016. I received a shipping/tracking email confirmation . The tracking didn't show as valid. I called their customer service when I hadn't received the package after about a week. I was told that it would be right out. I waited another week or so and hadn't received the collar. I called and emailed several more times. Mid June I received a label in a bag from USPS saying received without contents. The return address was from Cincinnati,Oh.

Late June I made contact via phone and customer service said they would ship another out. Early July I made contact and demanded a refund and I was told it would take 3-5 business days. As of Jul 15,2016 I haven't received any refund.
