I received a letter in the mail about the factory warranty expiring on my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2015 and it is now 2025, it has been out of warranty for quite some time now. Neither the envelope nor the the letter contain any indication of the company soliciting the sale but it does include the name of Catherine Beaumont, Program Coordinator. Needless to say, I will not be calling them to extend any warranties.

Thank you for the opportunity to report this. I hope no one else falls for their scam or phishing attempts.

I received a phone call from 319-246-3648 at 4:06 PM (CT) to my cell phone and what sounded like a noise in the background was apparent and I said "hello" and then what also sounded like a real person's voice asked "can you hear me" and I said "yes" and then quickly said "no" and just that fast a prerecorded message kicked in with a short message about a factory warranty expiring. I ended the call and realized that the call had to be a scam, so I am reporting this for my protection.
