Paid for online items. Fake transaction email and bogus tracking information received. Emailed back and forth for months after product never arrives. Always received canned no detail email responses promised immediate refund processing. Still no product or refund received.

Selling Stanley cups for 5.99. Ordered on 12/3/23 and going back and forth for 4 weeks now. The tracking says it was delivered on 1/6 but it was not delivered. I have been asking for a refund and it’s the runaround all the time through email only

I kept emailing about the status of my order and this was their reply each time. “I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience. It seems there might be an issue with the tracking information. To assist you further, could you please provide me with your email address used for placing the order? This will help me to investigate the current status of your shipment. Thank you for your cooperation.”

We’ve gone back and forth several times. They will provide a tracking link and it hasn’t moved. Then they said it takes 30-40 days to be delivered. Also said they are a good trusted company yet when you follow the link to their store it’s now “closed”

Factory Outlet Store, selling discounted Stanley cups. They were “giving away” a free gift for buying at least 4 cups. Ads on Facebook. It had been up for a while as there were tons of “comments” made on the ad which led me to believe it was real.

I’m in email communication with someone and they either don’t understand English or it’s a computer. They said my order was “stuck in transit” and keep saying they have contacted their logistics company. They’ve given me this website to track my package https://t.17track.net/en

The one “person” that signed their name on an email was Vivi.

Advertising 40 oz tumblers for 5.99. I ordered 14. They sent a confirmation email and a shipping email (Track718)

They have done the same to be, and sent me the same thing for the Tack number... I ordered 2 of the 40 oz Stanley cups from them and they responded to one of my emails with a tracking number. The package never arrived and I have not heard back from them from the past 3 emails I have sent over the last couple of weeks. Did you get your refund?
