Bait and switch company. Sells you an item only to make you contact them by saying they need to verify your credit card information. They always tell you that's not what you ordered or it will not work without something else. They will even tell you that you ordered the European model not the US. Then they try to extort more money out of you so you can get what your thought you ordered in the first place. (which your really did)

They do this until they have to change their company name and then they start over. I'm sure you can find that this company has many previous names.
