This company that goes by "Factory Direct" on their return address and "DRKLINE*" on credit card statements impersonates Costco Wholesale with a fake survey and "exclusive offer" of merchandise for completing the survey. The phone number was answered unprofessionally eventually offering a merchandise return authorization that was never received. Costco never heard of them and said it was definitely not one of their websites.
