I ordered the socks from their website December 6, 2022. I received a confirmation email and never heard from the company again. I have repeatedly checked back on the website with my order number and it has continued to say my item (1 pair of socks) was in production. I have now (January 30, 2023) requested they cancel my order and they refuse to refund the full amount claiming they are in production. 1 pair of socks does not take 7 weeks to make!
