On 1/24/2018 @ 7:03 pm, I called 800-268-1782 - claimed he was Facebook Tech Support and I would have to prove my identity to get back on Facebook. Asked for my email, date of birth, and the store that is closest to me. He said I must go to this store and purchase an ITunes card and give him the number to prove my location. I purchased a $15.00 ITunes card and he said I needed to go back in and purchase another one for $50.00. I told him NO.
