I used Facebook marketplace to place an order from a person selling a sonic backpack. It was supposed to arrive by January 9th but the person named Catherine Cortes never shipped the product on time so I cancelled the order on January 6th and never received a refund. I sent the person a message stating I never received my refund and she claims to never got the order. I contacted Facebook metapay and they never helped to resolve the problem.
