Well I ordered a ear cleaning kit two of them and I have not received neither one of them it has been about eight nine days now I have contacted them several occasions on email they keep telling me they will contact me within 24 hours no one has contacted me about when my delivery will be delivered they keep telling me it's in transit I told her I will contact the better Business bureau and let them know about this and I will write a bad review about them they still have them not responded so here I am today contacting you guys I am very disappointed with this I paid $49.95 I can't put $49.95 into your system so I had to put 50 so I'm telling you guys what exactly I paid so you guys will know
