I ordered the ice machine in Feb 2022 and it said it was delivered, however it was not! I have disputed this with PayPal! These guys are scam artists, don't order from them!

GE Profile Ice Machine

I ordered the GE Profile Ice machine as well. I purchased and my credit card was charged $94.99 on January 11th and told that the machine would ship in 7 to 18 business days. I have tried multiple times to get a status update on my order as it says it is paid but still awaiting shipping. I can get no repsonse from the multiple email/contact addresses I have been provided. All they have sent me is a copy of my invoice. I paid using my credit card and due plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Decvyuon SCAM

Also ordered an ice machine. Tried multiple times to reach them for shipping status with no reply.

* Decvyuon has no listed phone support,
* No response to the email address supplied,
* Their email is not based on a decvyuon domain,
* I've tried their online chat service multiple times, but is never responded to,
* Physical address supplied on invoice, which is a local address to me, is Rosner Appliance, a different business who's unaware of and unaffiliated with Decvyuon.

We ordered an ice machine from said merchant. Tried several times to get update on shipping status. Finally received (after filing a report with PayPal) that FedEx had shipped. However, where they shipped it did not match our shipping address at all and was not what we supplied on our order. Due to privacy, FedEx could not tell us where product was delivered too. We have tried to contact seller again without any success. Really disappointed with this!
