I ordered a sea glass Xmas tree and received different product. The company refused to refund any money or send correct item. After many emails in which they eventually agreed to reimburse me 10%, or 20% of my costs, they are now saying they will reimburse me the cost if I send the incorrect item back to them in China, at my expense, which they estimate would cost $20. I would be $20 out of pocket for doing nothing wrong, except ordering from them.

Other people on Face book have had a similar experience.
