I received a package containing 5 bottles of F1 Keto gummies. I had no idea what they were. I know I didn't order them. I'm an identity theft victim so I check all of my credit card and bank statements regularly. Well I guess I missed one because my bank account had an unidentified charge of $199.88 for F1 Keto. I immediately told my bank, which told me to contact the company to find out what's going on. Basically they won't do any thing for 60 days, then I can request a RMA # and hopefully not pay for return shipping. My bank is looking into the false charge and for safety concerns they closed my account. So it looks like I lost $199.88. Oh and I've noticed they changed their name again.

An ad for F1 keto was on social media and a neighbor had said she felt like it was helping her in her weight loss journey. We decided to try it as it was advertised that the product had been a success story on Shark Tank. I placed a one time order for 3 bottles. No where in my order did it say I was signed up for a subscription. My husband and I tried the product and did not think it was helpful so there was no plan to order again. However, a month later I saw a charge on my credit card for another order. I called my credit card and they told me that companies like this often have some sort of fine print to sign you up for a subscription and suggested I contact the company. I called them and they said I signed up for a subscription. I told them that there was no where in my original order that shows it was a subscription. The customer service rep did immediately stop the subscription, however, he said a shipment was already on its way to me so I would need to call back after I received the shipment in order to get a transaction number to use in order to return the package. Once I received the package I called them back and the customer service rep told me I had to wait 60 days to return the package and so I needed to just keep it for 60 days and call back then. I told them absolutely not! The previous customer service rep did not mention a 60 day wait and after a lot of me telling them I wanted this returned now, they had a supervisor get me a transaction number. I mailed the package back for which I paid the return postage and waited for a refund. After a month, I emailed them again to see where my refund was. They responded a couple days later stating they were just processing it now. After looking at my credit card statement, they refunded me $26 less than they charged for a restocking fee! Unbelievable! What a scam! They clearly are hoping people won’t notice they are automatically signing them up for a subscription and then they are charging for return postage and a hefty restock fee.

Attempted to purchase one bottle of product at $59.99. There was no option for that but if you purchased one bottle you could receive the second bottle for free. I was then directed to on option to purchase a second product. I declined and clicked complete purchase. Received an summary of purchase saying I owed $179.87. $119.88 for the original product and an additional $59.99 for the second product I declined. Attempted to obtain a refund through customer service and they kept offering discounts and to allow me to return the product at an additional cost to me. I reported it as fraudulent through my bank and had them cancel any future purchases as well as cancel my atm card and send me a new one.
