I purchased some faux plants I saw advertised online/Pinterest from ezraper. The ads looked really good and so did the product pages upon clicking the ad. Perhaps my critical thinking skills kind of just went out the window at this point because everything looked legit enough. After purchase, I received no confirmation email (1st red flag). However, I am a typical busy and distracted consumer so thought nothing of it. A week goes by, and I am wondering when will I receive my order? I tried to look up the order on their website, but there is no way to actually do this since your email information does not work to look it up, and I also do not have an order number since I never received a confirmation email. So, more red flags. Then it occurred to me: Their business is called "ezraper." Yikes! Is it because they are in the business of "easy" you know what out of people's money? So anyways...I email the company, and they send me what looks like a fake tracking link with a supposed tracking number. Since this is all I have, I keep tracking the order for about another week and a half. Finally, it says the order has arrived. Surprise, surprise...it did not. I email them again to tell them I did not receive my order. I get an email response giving me a seemingly fake tracking number saying it did. I am guessing further communication will only lead to wasting my time and getting nowhere. If you lost your money with this scammer, I would suggest contacting your bank and explaining the issue. you may need to go to your bank's branch with evidence, but don't think that you have completely lost your money and give up. This is what I plan to do now.

I purchased an artificial cherry blossom tree that I saw on the Pinterest site almost a month ago. I saw that it said EZRAPER on the order site. I reached out to them by email last week after noticing I wasn’t given a tracking number. Mind you this was 3 weeks ago, they sent me a tracking number which I couldn’t understand. I again emailed them again yesterday asking where was my order because it’s been saying out for delivery for 3 days. I go in to check my email this morning and the tracking what sent and it says delivered….. which is FALSE. I have cameras around my home and my husband and I get alerts on our phones. So NO one delivered a package for them to say this morning that was delivered is a LIE. Beware of this company!

I purchased x2 artificial plants with planter pots on 01/28/2025. I have yet to receive my order. I contacted company via email and I just get the run around. That stated to me in the last email that USPS delivers the mail and that I needed to get in touch with them. I also tried going back to website to pull up order. It states no data or information on

This order. The tracking number I have says that my order is out for delivery for the last couple of days. But nothing has been delivered. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM EZRAPER THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE STORES ON PINTREST WITH DIFFERENT NAMES AND SAME PRODUCT AND PEOPLE IN THE VIDEOS AS WELL AS THE PICS. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.
