This company claims they will do ADHD assessments and then have a doctor review and recommend treatment. I did the assessment and then a doctor recommended Ritalin and sent a prescription to **********  When ********* asked them to fill out an authorization form, there was no response. I reached out directly to the company for help and they said they would ‘assign it to their team’ to address. This doesn’t feel legitimate. Nothing has been sent back to and I am embarrassed that I may have fallen for a scam.
