they tricked me stole my information and charged me for it

they contacted me, saying that my bill was due, late, I don't know how, but they had all my information, and they made me make a payment to be able to release my internet that was suspended, I believed and made the payment , after I made the payment, my internet did not come back, so I called Xfinity directly and talked to the attendant and she did restore my internet and made me pay again. they were correct, and they restored my internet, the others deceived me.
