Davis Vison has 4 online in-network providers. In the last day of the year, Dec 30, 2022, all 4 sites conveniently dis-enabled their options to try glasses online virtually. Why is this important. Virtually trying on glass significantly helps in decision making on which glass fit your personality, face, head shape, style, and the confidence in making a selection then the confidence in wearing them in the real world. I find it very convenient to dis-enable this option on the last day of the years when the 2022 befit year ends. How coinvent that all 4 in-network sites this option is not working correctly. I believe this is a planned decision by Davis Vison to prevent last minute members to shop online and discourage members from using their vision plan benefits for the 2022 benefit year.
