This company is dishonest and not trustworthy. I ordered a set of frames and sent the payment. After they received the payment, they indicated that the frames were not in stock, and they could not get them from the manufacture because they had been discontinued. They tried to push me to another set of frames instead of a receiving a refund, but I chose the option to refund my money. I have followed up relentlessly with calls and emails. Responses were few and always indicating that the refund was in progress, but nothing received.

They received my payment, cleared on 5/20/2021, and still at the time of this post, I still have not received the refund!!!

EyeGlassesDepot.com is the third incarnation of an online retailer that has defrauded customers and threatened customers who complain. The New York Times has identified the owner as Vitaly Borker (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/05/02/business/vitaly-borker-online-retail.html). Vitaly Borker has been convicted and imprisoned twice. While I cannot independently confirm that the person I am dealing with is Vitaly Borker, everything about my interactions with him are consistent with the behavior and methods described in the criminal complaints and newspaper articles.

eyeglassesdepot.com or eyeweardepot.com is a scam company. They have not only refused to refund my money for a non existent purchase, they are now using my debit card information to create false purchases and drain my bank account.

Went to website to send in 2 pairs of broken Ray Bans. They sent a prepaid label to send them in. After 10 days, i didn;t hear anything so contacted them by email.,I was told that NYC blew up and that they could not get to their factory!! Knew it was a scam after this response only to be harassed with continued emails, texts and phone calls. The last phone call the person called me INSANE. The last email they told me they lost my glasses and cannot find them. I reported this to the BBB. I am out 2 pairs of ray bans valued at $300.00.
