I applied for an Exxon Mobil smart card plus through Citi's retail services. My reference number is 2301141221972 and my report code is 25. I've called Citi twice since applying and sending them personal financial information. I've been told each time that they have no updates on the application and have not progressed me in my understanding of the application or provided me with further details about the card's acceptance.
