Her boyfriend, Christopher Baisa is also involved. They posed as a legit construction business and scammed me. Left the job after I fired them on or around October 14th, 2022. Kaui created fraudulent invoices for Ceramic Tile Plus and collected money from me on those fake invoices. She photocopied their logo and created 6 false and fraudulent invoices to submit to me. Her boyfriend is also involved. I have receipts and a "client binder" she created with all the evidence of payment and monies received by them from me. There are materials missing and a few other fake business names, such as the one they approached me with:
1. Xtreme Painting and construction. (I have a fb screenshot stating on her page that she is the owner of the business.)
2. Xtreme Construction & Design
3. Xtreme Tires Maui (this is a new fake illegitimate business she created in January 2023.
She continues to scam people and I am trying to find out two other scams she pulled off. One is an elder in Kula Hawaiian Homes (30k) and another "job" in Waikapu for (80k)
