When it,s too good to be true...
I only note because these [censored] at Exquisite Watch caused me to immediately cancel my VISA card for a bogus $59.95 charge (and I'm thankful VISA did call me). The short story is I got this offer for a $500 super duper watch for free. Just pay the $7.95 shipping, Yeah right. Anyway I was stupid enough to give them my VISA. When I talked to an [censored] in their customer service department today, they said I owed $59.95 for the imaginary watch but my card was no good. Well, yeah, because I canceled fast enough to have VISA to nix their transaction.
Their shipping company Factory Direct Savings is also a scam. I have an invoice from them for 1 EVO Smart Watch for $7.95. But when I called their customer support, they said I owed $59.95 if I wanted to get the watch ( unless I wanted to return the imaginary watch. This phantom number that I first saw when VISA sent me an email. At that point it was almost comical.
So I could care less about the imaginary watch or $ 60 bucks but having to cancel and get a new VIsa because of this nonsense - it chaps my [censored]. -and that these criminals are no doubt scamming other folks. And I do plan to tell VISA every detail and hope someone is held accountable.
In the meantime, please stay clear of both these companies
