I bought a puppy from a legit breeder, Lisa Norman, from Harrisburg PA. After paying for the whole thing, at the airport, Expressway Network said the puppy would need an electric crate for safety, so I paid $300 more. They called me confirming that she’d arrive at 6PM. At 4 PM I received an email saying it was cold and she needed another crate. Well, how about regulated temperature in the cabin for pets? They charged me $1,745 or more. They said as soon as the puppy arrived safely to me, I’d be reimbursed. Obviously I went online and found out they were a scam and told this to the breeder who seemed like she was puzzled. She said they guaranteed they’d refund us and she asked me for $300 extra to help her out with the $1,745. I said no because I was sure they wouldn’t reimburse us.

This happened yesterday at 4 PM. Now it’s 4:30 PM the day after, and I haven’t heard from the breeder, who said she was desperately trying to get her puppy back. She also promised me she’d reimburse me today in the value of $1,520. If the breeder doesn’t reimburse me, I’ll have to file another complaint. I didn’t lose this money, but the breeder said she would have to pay them to have the puppy released to her. On the phone it shows Louisiana but on the email Pennsylvania.
