A logistics company claiming to deliver a package from "a friend" claims to have said item and is looking for more money after I have already paid. It originally cost 1650. I paid a week late and they charged me a "domarage charge fee" of 1000 for making them "travel with the item". Then they claim it's being held by US Customs and that I need an extra 3000 for them to pay off Customs and deliver said item after I paid 2650. I have already asked for a refund which was denied. I have asked for company information, which was denied. I have asked for customer service, which was denied. Supposed 3000 payment is "scheduled" for 10-07-2023. This is the email they are using: [email protected]. This is the customs email they claim to be using: [email protected].

I look forward to a response.
