After order was processed started to receive multiple emails and calls requesting additional money for “delivery insurance” of $475 for the ordered product.

Tried to cancel order and refund requested but no response, also notified credit card company and PayPal.

After purchasing a product (not received) from a different individual gave my information to a fraud shipping company identified in this complaint which contacted me via text, emails, and calls for additional money for shipping “delivery insurance”. The number nor the website was legitimate. Now unable to reach seller to get clarification on the shipping. Will file complaint against merchant as well.
