I was emailed from an alleged shipping company that I needed to pay an insurance fee for a package being shipped to me in the amount of $499, a custom stamp fee in the amount of $800 & a city permit fee for $500 that was stated would be refunded back to me after the package arrived. I sent the money through Apple Pay and ignored all the red flags. They asked for more money to process the paperwork and after that I knew. I also lost money for the items I thought I was paying for.
