In March, 2022, I awoke and saw a set of headphones for sale. I purchased the headphones for $7.95 and thought nothing more about it. Also, I am a senior citizen and, at the time, I was not receiving my credit card statements. It wasn't until October, 2022 that I first saw a $63.71 charge from an entity called Express Checkout Gadget. I looked them up, called and received a refund of $63.71, still not realizing the full extent of the scam. It wasn't until I received my year end paper credit statement that I realized u had been charged $63.71 per month for seven (7) months! I called several phone numbers and sent two emails attempting to resolve those matter and get my money back. I have been repeatedly told there is nothing that can be done-including via a phone call today, March 20, 2023. I am a retired senior citizen and I am on a fixed income. I want to be reimbursed for the total amount owed me.
