We are the a physician's practice. We received a request for refills on medications we had never prescribed for the patient, lots of topical creams with a diagnosis of "musculoskeletal pain/ pain/ scar/ derm" we did not enter any of these diagnosis codes. Sent in on a very official looking Rx request form just looking for the physicians signature and amount of refills. We believe this is a scam to get her insurance to cover these unnecessary medications. The phone number listed does not work. I am not sure if this is the same company as expressrx.net - different phone numbers listed.
