Here is the first email I received on Wednesday, February 28th. I received a second email on Thursday, March 1st, asking for additional money via MoneyGram asking for 660.00 refundable for a climate controlled crate and it would be returned back to me and that it was urgent. I told them no the puppy crate should be fine and I know that you can't refund money via Moneygram. They told me the puppy's flight has been delayed to weather, could not and would not give an ETA of delivery. emailed this morning March 2nd and told them if I didn't hear from them and have my puppy delivered today I would file a complaint against them.
