Reported to FTC #131038233. I found a breeder of AKC Papillons online and sent an e-mail which was the only option. Her name given was Khiree Richardson and email of [email protected]. The phone number is 252-216-4477. Address is unknown. Her website is PapillonsHaven.com . Once I purchased pup for $500 + 200 (transportation) = $700, I received an email from Express Pet Flyers with flight schedule and a request for $1500 for flight insurance. I sent the payment due to pup being in Dallas Fort Worth airport via Apple Cash. With the $1500 still unavailable to access, another $1000 was sent via Zelle to duplicate the initial $1500 with another $500 Zelle payment to be sent the next day. I was then asked for an additional $2820 due to rules of Texas. I stopped sending any more money at that time. All monies was supposed to be refunded as soon as I accepted delivery of the puppy. The timeframe for these transactions was from 2/28/2021 through 3/5/2021. *I attached the demand letter for the $2820, but did not upload the $1500 demand letter.
