I purchased exhaust system from a buyer he use them to mail it out now this express logistic service has email me saying my package is on hold and I need to pay $500 to have it shipped they emailed me yesterday saying I had to pay $200 for insurance I sent that to them they the email this morning talking about the $500 to have the package released to have it delivered
