Express Delivery Solution LLC Reports & Reviews (5)

Wow I'm so disappointed I didnt come across the reviews earlier. I myself have fell victim to Express Delivery Solution LLC as a scam! I was hired on back in August(they sent me the job offer and employment agreement) So I had no reason to feel suspicious about it. Still I did a quick research and found they had a website. If only I had dug a little deeper I would have found they were scammers. Nonetheless I proceeded with my trail period which started on 09/02 I was told i would be paid 2800$ after the first month of my trial period and then 1600$ every two weeks afterwards. This job seemed perfect because I am a full time single father and this allowed me to spend more time with my daughter with her school being closed due to Covid-19. I thought this was a great opportunity, but I now realize I have fell victim to helping these scammers move stolen goods and Im ashamed. I never thought twice to check the package invoices where always different and my supervisor named Madison always asked me to remove it and now I see why. Today was supposed to be my first payday and I woke up with no deposit, so I logged in to my online portal this morning and Madison had wrote me saying more packages would be coming soon. But when I replied asking about my pay, I was locked out of the Control Panel and havent been able to log back in since. I cried calling the number and the line is busy. This is a tough loss for me because it now puts me in the hold, and I still have bills to pay. I trust God and he knows my heart was in the right place. I hope these scammers get the Karma coming to them. To anyone reading this if you are in business with them GET OUT! keep the packages and cut off contact with them.

I was hired on and still have the emails from sending in my typical information (drivers license, name and type of bank and account info)
I was told after 30 days I would be paid and that there would be steady work. I was to receive pay 9-22 . On the day prior I was able to log on and view the portal but the day of payday I was not. I called the number I was given from the manager over me and there was no answer. Called the "main office" and no answer. I have emailed them and still have not received my pay as of yet. Im due over $1,000 and quite pissed. I have the extra boxes and packing tape. Bought a larger vehicle to haul the packages. And now I'm stuck with a payment I cant afford over all this. Just absolutely a waste.

Same thing happened to me like the first reviewer. Today is the day my trial period ends and I am supposed to receive my payment. The day after labor day I am told that packages are being looked into to be sent to me after having "off" for the labor day holiday. 2 days after that I am told the same thing and still have not received packages. 3rd day comes and it is the end of the trial period. I log into my online portal a few times in the morning waiting for a reply to my messages about receiving new packages. After sometime I go to log in again and I am not able to log back in. My account is no longer there and my username or password no longer exists. I am now aware that I have been scammed. I spent money on packaging tape they were supposed to reimburse me for. I drove to the places to drop off the packages using my own vehicle that in the end amounted to be a waste of time and gas. I have to support my daughter and this "job" let me be home with her more. Now I need to look for an immediate job to help us. I attached the "job offer & FAQ" sheets. I have emails of our communication prior to starting the "job."

What was your supervisors name?

Hello, I was hired by this company through Indeed.com. They hired me as a shipping&Receiving clerk in a home based environment. After I finished my training, they took me off their online portal and I'm unable to log into the system, and I never got paid. I was receiving packages and reshipping them out in a timely manner as required on my contract. I have copies of items that were shipped out and have been leaving them emails and they don't respond. They've have their phone number, but all I'm getting is a recording about the number being busy, and unable to take phone calls. In all I was conned for about 60 hours or so for an entire month.

I'll include a receipt of an item I picked up at a NYC location and shipped it out.

Be very careful with this dishonest employer. It's nothing but a scam!!!
