Was expecting a delivery of a puppy. They contacted me with phone txt that I needed pet insurance and they would need 150$ for the insurance and it was refunded at delivery. Payment sent. Puppy to be delivered the next morning at 10:00am. At 0916 txt from company stating they needed 500$ before delivery because some paperwork was missing. They said I had 4hrs to send them the money or I would be charged with pet abandonment. I ask that they return my 150$ for the pet insurance and they said that was reasonable on delivery of the puppy. They would send me the puppy and I wouldn’t send them any more money. I wrote a separate message to you about the breeder and her part in this.
