Insurance Payment Strategy:

The insurance fee must be paid as decided by the U.S. Aviation Commission / U.S. Financial Bureau. Clause 5A above shows that the insurance cost to be paid as required by the U.S. Aviation Commission is $1535.20 for this puppy.

But this system brought too many complaints from pet owners and beyond. Hence, the two mother committees sat and decided to adopt the Full refund Insurance Scheme method of insurance payments. This system requires that the owner of the animals pays the total amount of the insurance fee, and the total amount must be refunded, including the transfer charges, upon safe arrival of this puppy at their respective destination.

To this effect, you must pay a total sum of $1535.20. The refund will be made at the time of delivery, and it will have to be refunded in total as stated in clause 7A of the U.S. Aviation Commission / Financial Bureau laws.

We also wish to inform you that this puppy will remain here until the refundable insurance fee is paid before the puppy can depart from our detention. There is no compromise on this issue. We request and advise you to treat this issue with a high degree of discretion and urgency.

This same thing just happened to me. Purchased a Weimar and paid shipping cost totaling &1000. Then got a call saying I had to pay an additional &1500 for pet insurance. I realized then it was a scam. My poor son was looking forward to his Christmas puppy that was supposed to arrive today. Pictures of what the tracking looked like yesterday compared to today

They contacted me 3 days in a row wanting different amounts of money.

First day I didn’t do it

Second day I sent $1535 for insurance that was supposedly 97% refundable

Third 3 they were asking for $1740 supposedly for vaccines and like 95% was refundable. Needless to say I didn’t do the third day so I’m out the $1535
