Same exact thing just happened to me.. Wondering what I should do about it. Has anybody successfully gotten their money back? They got me 3 times, each time telling me the customs was having a problem with my package and that i would get the money returned to me in full.. I'm the dumb sucker who believed these people. They on top of stealing with their counterparts 270$ from him I won’t say the name. And then sent email requesting 350$ sent electronically in order to ship after paying 50$ shipping. Can not get ahold of anyone. They are changing things on their website from 2013 to 2020. SCAM. And robbed off 300$
