We attempted to rehome an Australian Shepherd puppy. Everything seemed to be real until it came time for her to be shipped. We received an email to confirm our information was correct. Upon calling them to confirm we were told we needed to reply to the email, which we did. Then we received a phone call that we need to respond to a second email. This email stated the puppy could not be transported in the ventilation crate for multiple reasons

Covid 19

Crate was too small

Ventilated crate didn’t include potty space, water bowl

Unfavorable weather

It gave us three thermal electronic crates to choose from, ranging from $2599 - 1499.

It stated they only rent the crates and that 95% of the crate price would be refunded to us upon delivery of the puppy. It offered multiple ways to pay for said crate, including Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay among others.

Double checking their website to not have any of the links work properly and a google search led me to believe it to be a scam.
