She finally has "The Company" send us an email with all of the shipping requirements and what to expect, etc...The email has a business address that doesn't exist in Virginia. They also list a business phone number that is never answered.
She was very good at answering questions via facebook messenger. Very responsive. However the claims of paying the courier once the dog was delivered turned into pay before it is shipped. I paid very great attention to tenses of words and typos!
