These people are sending text message and phone call trying to lure the customer into purchasing monthly subscriptions to get calls for casting from directors and movie directors period but they refused to move forward without money paid over phone using credit or debit cards. They're requesting that you get a subscription started before them Landing you jobs in movies videos and commercial ads. Neither to say, they will never land you a job

My wife has been in and out of contact with this "Company" for over a year and they keep using sales pitches to try an recruit her but say that she has to pay money to activate her online portfolio. Ive researched online and seen that the exact same sales pitches have been reported by more than a dozen different people reciting the pitch word for word as if they are scripted. The prices for activation range from 188-over 1000 dollars. Over 4 different reviewing agencies have been researched and 90% of the reviews are negative claiming scams. the only positive reviews all appear scripted as they are word for word just different parties posting them. Luckily we dedicated know money to this and hope that no one else will be taken advantage of.

I signed up to use their website for Casting Directors to find my profile to be potentially cast in movies as well as email for screening invitations. A few week after my membership ran out, I was called by one of their "Talent Agents" telling me a casting director for an upcoming major motion picture called her to specifically choose me to be cast in a speaking role which would be shooting in my city for 8 - 10 days. I would receive $835 per day for the speaking role. If I did not get the speaking role, I would be recast in a non speaking role making over $500 per day. She gave me an I.D. # for the role to give the casting director when he/she called. She told that I should receive a call from the casting agent within 5 or 6 weeks. She also explained that I had to sign up for an entire year in order to participate in this movie, which I found out later was a not true.

When I didn't receive a call from the director, I called Explore Talent wanting up to date information. The agent would never return my calls yet had someone else told me that the shooting was postponed until 5/5/2016. Two weeks after the targeted screening date past with no call, I decided to investigate more. I found out that this movie would not be shooting in my city nor were there any intention of shooting in my city. I also found out that the casting director for this movie as well as almost all casting directors do not use Explore talent to cast roles because of their horrible reputation (Explore Talent received an "F" rating from the BBB when located in California before moving the company to Las Vegas).

I called Explore Talent to explain my situation and to let them know what I discovered. As I shared my story, I was met with very nervous sounding customer service agents who transferred me around. I was also given my talent agent's direct line. When I called her directly, she acted as though it wasn't her on the phone and transferred me to someone else ( I knew it was her because she has a very distinctive voice). I was given a partial refund, however, I've read countless stories (over 40) just like mine including YouTube videos exposing their tactics. Too many vulnerable customers are being told lies and choose to sign up with Explore talent on completely false pretenses.
