Thought I purchased a pass for attraction discounts in California. Paid via a supposed secure site, and received an email saying I had purchased a explore California pass. The site said the pass would be attached and it was not. Nothing and I called the number as well as email. No reply and my card has been charged. I did a site check and saw that other people have paid and not received any passes.
