timeshare and would it be okay for them to give our phone number to the interested party (Samuel Davis
/ 602-714-7814). Samuel Davis contacted us and said that Carl Adams with ExpertTitleandEscrow.com
would be handling the transaction. Samuel Davis had agreed to pay $110,000 for our timeshare. Carl
Adams then called us to work out the details. We ended up agreeing to share the cost of the VIDANTA
timeshare transfer fee of $13,225. So Carl had us wire our half of the fee to a Chase Bank branch in
Florida in the name of Tradify Co & LLC which was to handle the transfer of funds to VIDANTA in
Mexico. For some reason the funds Samuel Davis had wired to the Chase Bank had been kicked back
to his bank. He was out of town and wasn't able to get to his bank io resend the wire, so to expedite the
process we wired the other half of the transfer fee ($6612.50) to the receiving bank in Mexico.We had
received a signed document from Carl Adams that we would receive payment for the timeshare by Aug
17th which was ammended to Aug 18th.We have not received the payment for the timeshare nor the
refund of the transfer fee of $13,225 which we were told would happen if the transaction did not close on
the 18th. The personal cell phones of Samuel Davis and Carl Adams have been disconnected.
