found job on indeed.com did the application and they called said it was a work from home job and since i already work from home it was perfect for extra income. job title was level of inspection customer service. they sent out products you inspected them to make sure there was no problems and they sent a new label to send the products back. They said it was like being a secret shooper after completing two of these and could no longer get on the control panel which is where you see your tasks, pay etc. It was no longer letting me log in and the manager number was no longer available after saying my first pay would be March 6. I read plenty of reviews tonight with this company and it seems they have been doing this since 2017. I assume since it was on indeed that it was a legit company and especially since i was always able to speak to someone and i spoke to the manager earlier today but something just didnt fit right with me tonight. i wish i would have gotten this feeling the first time i spoke to what was suspose to be hr. i havent given any money my nerhod for my direct dep was paypal.I just want them tonstop scaming people and now they have my personal information except my social

I was contacted by Expert Genius on 03/06/20 to work as a Customer Service and Client Satisfaction Inspector. I filled out the necessary information which included a photo of my driver’s license and other information as to where to send packages for quality inspection. I got a call from the supervisor on 03/09/20 instructing me on how to access the control panel and to watch the instructional videos. https://mypanel.expert-genius.com is the url for the control panel. I received two tasks which involved me photographing the packages prior to opening to ensure no damage was caused by shipping to the exterior and then to open the shipping packaging but not the factory sealed packaging to ensure the product on the inside wasn’t damaged. After I submitted the inspection I was sent a shipping label to send to the customer or whomever. I didn’t think much of it being I was sent the packages from largely known companies but I saw online others saying they were not paid after the 31 day “trial” where they see if you’d be a good fit for the company. I was emailed by [email protected] for my employment contract and [email protected] as my supervisor. I am going to attach a photo of part of my employment contract with my information blacked. Please reach out if there is more information I can provide to you to protect others from this scam.
