I applied for a loan November 2019 I received a call from DANIELLE price representing EXPERT FINANCIAL SERVICES says it was approved for $6000 loan and then came back as I had to pay three loan payments upfront which is $580 and had to send it Western Union to Ontario Canada the same thing as the other gentleman said she was quick to answer my phone calls and emails and then she wanted another five airport and I told her no and I wanted my money returned to me I was also assured that they would reimburse me for the Western Union fees. I was told my customer service that I would have my check no later the two Mondays ago they are now when I call No one answers my calls I leave voicemail messages For Danielle Price in customer service did not return my calls if I hit *69 call if you want to ask him the answers and Tom who I am and I’m looking forward to hang up on me every single time I get hung up on if I put another expense and get another loan officer very rude so they don’t have my file and hang up on me you’re rude they are scammer

On 11/25/2019 I applied for an on-line and I received a phone message from an Olivia Martin with Expert Financial Services stating that I was approved for a loan of $5000. I returned her call on 11/26/2019 and she went over the loan with me over the phone. She said she was going to send over the loan agreement for me to sign. After all, she went on to say that the person that fully approves the loan said that I would need to make 3 collateral payments before they can disburse the loan amount of $5000. The $540 collateral payment had to be sent via money gram to Ontario, Cananda. I believed her and since I really needed the funds to pay for my bills I sent $540 via money gram. After doing that she asked for another $540 which I again sent via money gram. At this point I was kind of confused and told her to just cancel the request and send my money back immediately but she told me it takes 25-30 days for a refund to be processed. So I just left and asked her if I send the other $540 will I get the funds and she said "I guarantee you 110%, you will get your money deposited into your account" so I sent it again via money gram. At this time she was quick to answer her telephone calls and respond to my messages but now she is not returning any of the calls and messages that I left for her. So after sending her $540 twice she said I needed to pay an additional $1000 for insurance and by then I was like NO! I don't have that kind of money so please cancel and give me my money back. Again she said it's going to take 25-30 days to process my refund and I told her to again to please process my refund ASAP. I have contacted her via email and telephone call but no response from her. I told her I was checking the status on my refund but nothing, no response from her at all. Like I said, when she was wanting the money sent she was quick to answer her phone and email but nothing ever since I told her to cancel and refund my money. The loan contract that she sent looked legit and the website looked legit so I thought I was ok. No response from her, I emailed and called her more than 3 times and no response. I told her I am checking the status of my refund, I really need my money to pay my bills and still no response.
