Passportsandvisas.com's website claims to get your 24hr, 5 day, 9 day, or 14 day turn around for passports and visas so you don't have to wait 6-8 weeks or travel to a State Department agency. I chose the 9 day turn around for $249, but my credit card was charged $282.11. Additionally, once I uploaded my completed DS-82 and all the information they required for pre-check to make sure everything is in order, or so they say, they went silent without returning my emails or phone calls for two days. I was supposed to receive and email with a shipping label to send my current passport, pictures, DS-82, and Letters of Authorization, but it never came. I am thankful because in the other reports I have read people have actually lost their passports to these scammers. Stay far away from this scam!

I have already paid $119 dollars for expedited passport services and the company is refusing to answer any of my calls or assist me in purchasing my new passport. I am leaving the country for Europe in May. The website is www.expeditedpassportsandvisas.com. Once I finally reached someone they put me on hold for about 10 min and then said my case worker would call me. No one has called. I try to call back and no one answers. If I do not make this upcoming trip I will lose thousands of dollars needed for my family.
